หลังจากที่ให้คำมั่นสัญญากับเพื่อน ๆ ว่าจะนำตัว NSA-220 มา Review ด้วยปัญหาที่ไม่มีเวลามากนักในแต่ละวัน จึงต้องทำวันละนิดครับ
ตอนแรกนี้ยังไม่เจาะลึกอะไรมากนักนะครับเอาแบบทั่ว ๆ ไปก่อนเอาเป็นว่าสนใจตรงจุดไหนผมจะ Test ให้ดูเป็นอย่าง ๆ ไปล่ะกันครับ
มาเริ่มกันเลยดีกว่าครับ ก่อนอื่นมาดูในกล่องกันว่ามีอะไรมาให้เราบ้างครับ

ด้านหน้าจะประกอบไปด้วย ปุ่ม Power สำหรับเปิด - ปิดเครื่อง ช่องเสียบ USB สำหรับ External Drive หรือ Printer และปุ่ม Copy
ซึ่งการทำงานของปุ่ม Copy นั้นผมจะอธิบายภายหลังครับ ไฟสถานะจะประกอบไปด้วย ไฟ System, HDD1, HDD2, ไฟ Copy

ด้านหลังจะประกอบไปด้วยช่องระบายอากาศติดตั้งพัดลม ประมาณ 2 นิ้วได้ ช่องเสียบ Adapter และ Port Gigabit LAN
และที่เห็นเป็นรูเล็ก ๆ นั่นก็คือปุ่ม Reset นั่นเองครับ ด้านหลังจะมีสกรู 4 ตัวสามารถใช้มือหมุนได้เพื่อเปิดฝาออกใส่ HDD ครับ

มาดูภายในตัวอุปกรณ์ต่อครับ ซึ่งจะประกอบไปด้วย ช่องเก็บ HDD 2 ช่องด้วยกัน ซึ่งจะมีถาดสำหรับยึด HDD ก่อนที่จะเสียบเข้าไป หน้าตาเหมือน Slot ดังในรูปครับ

NSA-220 Support HDD ความจุสูงสุด 1TB 2 ตัวครับ Interface SATAI/SATAII ส่วน IDE นั้นไม่ Support ครับ

Configuration

ZyXEL มี Software ช่วยในการติดตั้งตัวNSA-220 โดยให้คุณใส่แผ่น CD เข้าไปก่อนมันจะ Autorun ขึ้นมาเองครับ

ให้เลือกตรง Setup ครับ มันจะขึ้นหน้าให้ทำการติดตั้ง NSA Discovery Utility ลงไปในเครื่องก่อน

หลังจากนั้นให้ Run Programs NSA Discovery Utility ขึ้นมาครับ มันจะทำการค้นหา NSA-220 ที่อยู่ในเครือข่ายของคุณโดยอัตโนมัติ

เมื่อเจอตัว NSA แล้วให้คุณเลือกตรง Icon Config ครับมันจะเป็นหน้าให้เรา ตั้งค่า IP,Gateway, DNS Server ซึ่งถ้าเราไม่เปลี่ยนก็เลือกเป็น DHCP ไว้ครับ

และถ้าหากเรากดตรง Icon Admin มันก็จะทำการเปิดหน้า Web Config ของ NSA-220 โดยอัตโนมัติผ่านทาง Internet Explorer
หรือถ้าคุณไม่ใช้ NSA Discovery Utility ในการค้นหาก IP สามารถพิมพ์คำว่า nsa220 ที่หน้าเวบ มันก็จะเรียกหน้า Config ของตัว NSA-220 ขึ้นมาทันทีครับ
พอขึ้นหน้า Login มันจะถาม User Password ให้ใส่ตามนี้ครับ

ต่อไปเราสามารถเปลี่ยน Password NSA-220 ได้จากหน้านี้ครับ

My NSA

พอเรา Loin เสร็จก็จะพบกับหน้า My NSA ซึ่งจะเป็นหน้า ที่เอาไว้ Manage เรื่องของการ Share Folder ของแต่ล่ะตัว
และยังสามารถ ฺBrowse File ผ่านหน้า Web โดยคลิ๊กที่ Folder แต่ละตัวได้เลยครับ

Password
มาต่อกันที่หัวข้อ Password หน้านี้เอาไว้เปลี่ยน Password ของทุก ๆ Account ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Admin หรือ User ครับ

Administrator
เป็นหน้าที่เอาไว้ตั้งค่าต่าง ๆ สำหรับ Admin เท่านั้นครับ ถ้าหากเรา Login แบบ User เราจะไม่สามารถเข้ามา Menu นี้ได้ครับ (จะมองไม่เป็น Link ดังกล่าวครับ)
ในหน้านี้ก็จะแสดง System Information และแสดงสถานะของ HDD ว่าถูกใช้ไปเท่าไหร่ แหลือเนื้อที่อยู่เท่าไหร่
ด้านล่าง Active Sessions จะแสดงสถานะว่ามีใครกำลังเข้ามาติดต่อ NSA-220 อยู่บ้างครับ

System Setting

Server Name ก็จะเป็นการตั้งชื่อของเจ้าตัว NSA-220 รวมทั้ง Workgroup ครับ

Date/Time ครับ หน้านี้ก็เอาไว้ตั้งเวลา รวมทั้งสามารถ Update เวลาผ่าน Server ได้ครับ

Storage

Internal Volume
เราสามารถ Create Volume ได้ที่หน้านี้ครับ

หากเรากด Create Internal Volume ก็จะมีหน้าต่างขึ้นมาให้ตั้งชื่อ Volume ของเราครับแล้ว Apply

เมื่อ Create Volume เสร็จมันก็จะ Show สถานะของ HDD รวมถึงบอกรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับ Total size, Used ,Free space ด้วยครับ
ใน Menu นี้เราสามารถสั่งให้ Scan Harddisk ได้ครับ

External Volume
เมื่อนำอุปกรณ์ที่เป็น Hard Drive แบบ External ที่เชื่อมต่อโดย USB มาต่อ เช่น USB Flash Drive หรือสื่อต่างๆ
เช่น เครื่องเล่น MP3 กล้องถ่ายรูปดิจิตอล จะทำให้ NSA-220 สามารถมองเห็นโดยอัตโนมัติ และสามารถเปิดดูข้อมูลในนั้นได้ โดยไม่ต้อง Create an External Volume

TCP/IP

ต่อไปเป็นส่วนของการตั้งค่า IP Address ซึ่งจะะอยู่ในหัวข้อ Network TCP/IP ครับ
ในหน้านี้เราสามารถระบุ IP และ DNS หรือตั้งเป็น Automatic เพื่อให้ Router ในระบบจ่าย IP ให้กับตัวมันเองก็ได้ครับ
Jumbo Frames
NSA-220 ตัวนี้ Support Jumbo Frames ขนาด 4k, 8k, 9k ครับ หากระบบ Switch หรือ LAN Card ไม่ Support ไม่ควรเปิดครับ

Application
FTP
ใน Menu นี้เราสามารถปิดการทำงานของ FTP Server ได้ และสามารถเปิดให้ใช้ Account แบบ Anonymous ได้ครับ
รวมทั้งสามารถตั้งค่า Timeout ในการเชื่อมต่อแต่ละครั้ง กำหนดจำนวน User สูงสุดที่เข้ามาเชื่อมต่อได้
มีข้อสังเกตุอยู่อย่างหนึ่งก็คือ FTP Max Connection ใน Spec เขียนไว้ 64 แต่ดูจากหน้า Config ให้ Limit เอาไว้ที่ 20 ครับ
แต่ไม่เป็นไรผมไม่ได้ใช้เยอะขนาดนั้นครับ

Media Server

เราสามารถเลือก file ที่ต้องการแสดงผลใน media client ไว้ใน Published Share โดยเวลาใช้ผ่าน media client จะไม่มีการจำกัดสิทธิ ไม่จำเป็นต้องมี Username Password
- Disable Transcoding – NSA-220 จะไม่สามารถแสดงไฟล์ที่ NSA-220 ไม่รองรับได้ เช่น ถ้าเป็นไฟล์รูปภาพที่ไม่ใช่นามสกุล JPEG ก็จะไม่แสดง เมื่อนำไปเปิดกับ media client
- Enable Transcoding – NSA-220 จะสามารถแปลงไฟล์ ที่เป็นนามสกุลที่ไม่รองรับให้สามารถแสดงได้ แต่ทำให้ NSA-220 ต้องใช้การประมวลผลมาก

Enable iTunes Server
ถ้า Enable iTunes Server ใน NSA-220 และเปิดโปรแกรม iTunes ก็จะพบไฟล์ Media ที่ทำการ Published Share ไว้ใน NSA-220
ในที่นี้เราทำการ Published Share โฟลเดอร์ music ไว้ ไฟล์ media ที่อยู่ใน Folder music ก็จะมาแสดงใน iTunes และเราก็สามารถเล่นไฟล์ได้จากโปรแกรม iTunes

Download Service

Function นี้บางคนอาาจจะมองว่าเป็น Feature หลักของ NSA-220 จริง ๆ แล้วมันได้เขียนเพิ่มเข้ามาทีหลังครับ
จุดประสงค์หลักของ Function ก็คือเอาไว้ Download Bittorrent นั่นเองครับ
การ Download นั้นทำไม่ยากครับ เพียงแต่คุณต้องหา Torrent File มาจา Web Tracker ก่อน
ในหน้านี้จะมีให้เรากด Add Torrent File เราก็แค่ Browse ไปยัง Torrent ที่เราได้ Save เก็บไว้ครับ

พอเรา Add เสร็จเจ้าตัว NSA ก็จะทำการ Download File Torrent โดยอัตโนมัติครับ

ถ้าหาก Downlad เสร็จแล้ว มันจะไปอยู่ที่ Tap Completed ครับ
ส่วน File ที่ Download เสร็จแล้วนั้นจะเก็ยไว้ที่ Folder \\nsa220\admin\download ของตัว NSA-220 ครับ

และถ้าหากเราต้องการให้ Conectable เป็น Yes เหมือนับ Software Bit Client ทั่วไป ก็ต้องทำการ Forward Port ที่ Router ด้วยครับ
NSA-220 ตัวนี้จะใช้ Port 9090 เป็น Port ของ Bittorrent ครับ และสามารถเปลี่ยนเป็น Port อื่นได้ครับ ส่วนวิธีการเปลี่ยน Port นั้นผมจะมาลงให้วันหลังครับ

Web Publishing

อีกความสามารถหนึ่งของตัว NSA-220ก็คือมันสามารถทำเป็น Web Server ที่เอาไว้ Share File ครับ ซึ่งจะแยก Port สื่อสารออกจาก Web Config ครับ
ในหน้านี้เราสามารถเพิ่ม Folder ที่จะ Share เข้าไปได้ครับ
อย่างเช่นในที่นี้ผมได้เช็ตเป็น 8080 และ Upload File ที่ต้องการ Share ไว้ใน Folder Public แล้วนำ Link ที่ได้ไปใช้งานครับ

เมื่อนำ URL นี้ไปใช้งานก็จะเห็นเป็น File ที่ Share ไว้ถูกสร้างเป็น Web Link ตามรูปครับ

Broadcatching

เป็นการดาวน์โหลดดิจิตอลคอนเทนต์ต่างๆ โดยใช้ RSS (Really Simple Syndication)
RSS คือวิธีการที่ใช้สำหรับดึงข่าวสารคอนเทนต์ต่างๆ จากเว็บต่างๆ โดยนำมาแสดงเฉพาะหัวข้อ เมื่อผู้ใช้ต้องการดาวน์โหลดก็จะแสดงรายละเอียด ซึ่งจะอัพเดตตามเว็บต้นทาง เช่น ไฟล์มีเดีย, ข่าว, รายการทีวี, บล็อกที่มีการโพส, รายการวิทยุ และอื่นๆ
โดยเราสามารถพบ RSS link โดยมีสัญลักษณ์เป็น หรือ หรือ และนำ link นั้นมา add ใน NSA-220 เมื่อมีการอัพเดตข้อมูล NSA-220 ก็จะดาวน์โหลดอัตโนมัติ
ในรูปผมลอง Add Feed มาจาก Web สวทช. หรือจะเป็นผู้ให้บริการอื่น ๆ เช่น http://www.download.com, http://www.yahoo.com ก็ได้เช่นกันครับ

Print Server

Function นี้เราสามารถนำ Printer ที่มี Interface แบบ USB มาต่อก็จะกลายเป็น Print Server ทันทีครับ
ตัวที่ผมนำมาลองก็คือ Printer Epson Stylus Photo 830

เวลาเรา Browse ผ่าน Workgroup ก็จะเป็นว่า NSA-220 ได้ทำการ Share Printer ไว้ให้แล้วครับ

NSA-220 มันจะมีข้อจำกัดอย่างหนึ่งก็คือมันยังไม่ Support Printer หลากหลายมากนักครับ ต้องไปดูใน List ครับว่ามัน Support รุ่นไหนบ้าง
แต่บางครับ Printer ในตระกูลเดียวกันก็ใช้ได้ไม่มีปัญหาครับ อย่างเช่นผมใช้เป็น Epson Stylus Photo 830 ก็สามารถใช้ได้ดีไม่มีปัญหา
อันนี้เป็น Compatible Printer List จาก ZyXEL ผมว่า Firmware ในอนาคตน่าจะมีการเพิ่ม Printer ให้ Compatible มากขึ้นครับ

User

หน้านี้เป็นการแสดง User ทั้งหมดที่จะสามารถเข้ามาใช้งาน NSA-220 ตัวนี้ได้ครับ

หากเรากด Create User มันก็จะขึ้นหน้าต่างมาให้ป้อน Account Name, Password, Account Type ซึงเลือกได้ว่าจะเป็น Admin หรือ User ครับ

- admin – มีสิทธิที่จะ Create, read, delete, save ทุกอย่างเกี่ยวกับ file

ไม่สามารถ Create ชื่อ user ได้เป็น bin, daemon, ftp, anonymous-ftp, nobody, root, pc-guest, admin, password
- user – มีสิทธิที่จะ manage ไฟล์ ได้เฉพาะส่วนที่ admin กำหนดให้เท่านั้น
เมื่อทำการ Create ก็จะเห็นความแตกต่างว่า Icon สีเขียวเป็น Admin สีฟ้าเป็น User ครับ

Share

ในหน้านี้เป็นการตั้งค่า Folder ที่จะถูก Share ครับ หากเราเลือก Change Share Properties ก็สามารถเปลี่ยนรูปแบบของการ Share ได้ครับ
และเราสามารถ Add Folder เพิ่มเข้ามาได้ครับ ในส่วนของ Share Access จะมีให้เลือกดังนี้ครับ
- Public – every user can access the share.
- Keep it private to owner – only the share owner can access the share.
- Advanced – allowed you to assign specific access rights to individual user.

Maintenance

Log
เป็นการรายงานว่า NSA-220 ได้ทำอะไรไปบ้างครับ มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงค่าก็จะรายงานมาให้เราทราบครับ

Configuration
ถ้าหากเราไม่อยากมานั่งเชตค่าใหม่หลังจากการทำการ Reset เครื่องก็สามารถ Backup ค่า Config ทั้งหมดเอาไว้ก่อน แล้วค่อยกลับมา Restore มันทีหลังวครับได้จากหัวข้อนี้ครับ

FW Upgrade
Menu นี้เอาไว้ Upgrade Firmware Version ใหม่ ๆ ที่จะออกในภายหลังครับ
และมันจะบอกว่า Firmware ล่าสุดของคุณเป็น Version อะไร เช่นในตอนนี้ของผมเป็น Version V2.10(AFB.0) ครับ

Shutdown
เนื่องจาก NSA-220 ใช้ HDD เป็นส่วนประกอบในการทำงานหากเราจะปิดเครื่องต้องทำการ Shutdown เหมือน Computer นั่นแหละครับ
แต่ถ้าหากต้องการ Shutdown โดยไม่ต้องเปิดหน้า Config ให้คุณกดปุ่ม Power ที่หน้าเครื่องค้างไว้จะได้ยินเสียง 2บี๊บครับแล้วปล่อยมือ มันจะ Shutdown ให้เองครับ
ในหน้านี้ก็มีคำสั่ง Restart มาให้ด้วยครับ

การทำงานของปุ่ม Copy
เมื่อเรากดปุ่ม Copy ที่อยู่ด้านหน้า NSA-220 จะมีไฟ copy กระพริบ และ NSA-220 จะทำการ copy ข้อมูลที่อยู่ภายใน External Hard Drive ให้ไปอยู่ใน Folder Public ของ NSA-220
โดยจะมีการสร้าง Folder ใหม่ เป็นชื่อที่ระบุ วันที่และเวลาที่เราทำการ copy อย่างอัตโนมัติครับ

สรุป
จุดเด่น

- เป็น Network Storage ที่มีฟังก์ชันการใช้งานที่หลากหลายเช่น FTP, Media Server, Download Service, Broadcatching Web Server และ Print Server
- รองรับ HDD ได้สูงสุด 1.5 TB
- ไม่จำกัดขนาดของ File ในการ Download Bittorrent

จุดด้อย

- Function Broadcatching จะ Support RSS 2.0 เท่านั้นครับ
- Function Print Server ยังไม่รองรับกับ Printer หลากหลายนัก
- Function Download Service ทำการ Hash File นานหาก Torrent นั้นขนาดใหญ่เกิน 100GB

ท้ายสุดจากการที่ได้ใช้ NSA-220 มาได้เกือบเดือน ถือว่าเป็นที่น่าพอใจครับ ถึงแม้ว่าจะไม่ได้ใช้ทุก Function อย่างเต็มที่ก็ตาม
อาการ Hang นั้นแทบไม่มีให้เห็นครับ ถือว่า Storage ตัวนี้ทำมาได้ดีทีเดียว
ซึ่งเท่าที่สังเกตุก็คือ NSA-220 จะค่อย ๆ พัฒนาตัวเองต่อไปเรื่อย ๆ ดังเช่นที่เคยพัฒนาจาก Firmware แรก ๆ มาเป็น Version ปัจจุบัน
ซึงผมหวังว่าทาง ZyXEL คงมีการพัฒนาตัวนี้ไปเรื่อย ๆ ดังเช่น Product ZyWALL ที่ผมไม่ผิดหวังกับมันจริง ๆ ครับ
ตอนหน้าผมอาจจะหาตัว DMA-1000 ซึ่งเป็น Media Player ของ ZyXEL ที่สามารถดึงข้อมูลจาก NSA-220 ไปแสดงผลโดยใช้ DLNA ในการสื่อสารกันครับ
และอีกตัวหนึ่งก็คือ Software Media Client ของทาง ZyXEL ที่ทำออกมารองรับ NSA-220 ตัวนี้ครับ
และถ้าเพื่อน ๆ สนจนตรงจุดไหนหรืออยากให้ Review ตัวไหนก็ Post มาได้ครับ ถ้าผมพอมีตัวหรือเวลาว่าง ๆ จะนำมาให้ดูกันครับ
